Doris K. Parker, 90, of Loves Park passed away Saturday, August 10, 2019, in her home. Born June 6, 1929, in Sterling, the daughter of James and Bessie (Recker) Wagner. Married Willard “Bill” D. Parker. Member of St. Bridget Catholic Church. Volunteered with Hospice. Doris was a mother of 10 children who loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed reading, crafting and Sr. Aquatics. Survivors include her children, Richard Parker, Kenneth Parker, Kathryn Risch, Timothy (Donna) Parker, Thomas Parker, Michael (Debbie) Parker, Marcia (Steven) Burrus and Diane Shriey; 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; brothers, Walter, John and Steve Wagner; sister, Linda; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents; husband; sons, Donald J. and Daniel S. Parker; sons-in-law, Michael Risch and Larry Shriey; brothers, Bud and Bob Wagner; sisters, Marie Boehm and Shirley Smith.

Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 17, in St. Bridget Catholic Church, 600 Clifford Ave. Burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, August 16, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane.
