Donna Million

Donna Rae Million, 74, of Loves Park passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021, in SwedishAmerican Hospital.  Born October 21, 1946, in Rockford, the daughter of Ray and Leona (Zick) Connell.  Married Ronald “Ron” J. Million.  Previously employed by Comcast as a sales manager.  Employed by Rockford Public Schools for more than 10 years as a secretary.  Donna loved the holidays, family get-togethers, spending time with her grandchildren, getting together with her girlfriends for a glass of wine, going to dinner, movies and traveling.  She was a strong woman, a gallant fighter, and a four-time cancer survivor.  Survivors include her husband, Ron; sons, Dr. Mark P. (Kim) Cal and Michael (Charon) Cal; grandchildren, Meredith, Adrian and Amanda; great-grandchild, Andie; and sister, Gayle.  Predeceased by her parents; and her daughter, Amy.

Private family services will be held.  Burial will be in Willwood Burial Park.  Memorials to University of Wisconsin Children’s Hospital.  Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park.
