Diane Veitch

Diane L. Veitch, 77, of Machesney Park passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2021.  Born February 3, 1944, in Rockford, the daughter of Louis and Pauline (Ahlensdorn) Bergeron.  Attended Rockford Schools and received her associates degree from Rockford Business College.  Employed as a patient accounts representative by Swedish American Hospital for more than 30 years.  Member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.  She enjoyed Native American Culture, gardening and watching the Kentucky Derby.  Diane loved spending time with her family.  Survivors include her daughter, Vickie Sally; son, James (Marjorie) Veitch; grandchildren, Kyle Mulcahy, Colin Mulcahy, Jocelyn Sally, Emma Veitch, Esther Veitch and Edith Veitch; lifelong friend, Helen Johnson; special friend, Noel Winters; numerous nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her parents; brothers, Raymond and Robert Bergeron; dear brother, Ronald Bergeron; and sister, Virginia Pierce.  The family wishes to thank the staff at Swedish American Hospital for their compassionate care.
