Diane S. Kaemmerlen

Diane “Dee Dee” S. Kaemmerlen, 70, of Loves Park, IL, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Alden Park Strathmoor. Born on Saturday, July 2, 1955, in Rockford, IL, the daughter of Collis and Ginny (Hageman) Hennelly. She married Pierre Kaemmerlen, on October 16, 1976, in Rockford, IL. Employed by Barbra Olson Center of Hope. She loved spending time with her children, family and her dog. She loved doodling, gardening, shopping, sewing, and dining out. Dee Dee enjoyed annual week vacations at Hayward, WI, with her Illinois family and extended Wisconsin Dittner family. Many holidays and visits up north were a real joy for Dee Dee and family. Survivors include her son, Ryan Kaemmerlen; daughter, Samatha Kaemmerlen; four grandchildren; sisters, Colleen (Jon Kaemmerlen) Hennelly, Sharon (Dan) Dittner; brother, Mike Hennelly; several aunts and uncles; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents; husband; and sister-in-law, Sabra Hennelly.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cremation rites accorded. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park.
