Deanna Louise Hammack

Deanna “DeDe” Louise Hammack, 60, of Loves Park, IL, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2022, in her home. Born February 28, 1962, in Fort Myers, FL, the daughter of Lawrence and Sandra “Sandee” (Batricevich) Masterson. Married Darrell Hammack on May 25, 1985. Attended St. Bridget Catholic Church. She enjoyed music, dancing, and attending concerts. DeDe loved being on the beach, in the ocean in Florida, and spending time on the dock and boat. She enjoyed being with her friends, girlfriends, and especially loved getting together with her family. DeDe’s warm and fun-loving spirit was felt by anyone in her presence. Survivors include her husband, Darrell; sons, Ryan (Carlee) Hammack and Connor (Jess Montez) Hammack; siblings, Laura (Mike) Colombi and Danny (Amy) Masterson; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; including special uncle, Gregg Batricevich. Predeceased by her parents. Special thanks to Augusta for her compassionate care and to Mercy Home Health Hospice.

Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 13, 2022, in St. Bridget Catholic Church, 600 Clifford Ave., Loves Park, with visitation from 9:30 a.m. to service time. Entombment in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Luncheon for family and friends will follow the services. Location will be announced during the service.
