Claude Marlow

Claude David Marlow, 69, of Loves Park passed away at 12:09 a.m. Thursday, December 22, 2016. He was born September 23, 1947, in Rockford, the son of Golden James and Josephine (Breesley) Marlow. Married the love of his life Terry A. Claudy on February 23, 1967; she passed away in 2008. Retired from maintenance with Rockford Public Schools. He enjoyed his friends and relatives stopping by and visiting on the front porch. Survivors include daughter, Tina (Travis) Scheckel; son, Steve Marlow; grandchildren, Riley, Raegan and Reese Scheckel, Sabrina and Jeffrey Marlow; sister, Sandy Raguseo; and niece, April (Mike). Predeceased by his wife; parents; brothers and sisters, Golden, James, Harry Theodore, Max, Jack, Laura Jean Jones, Edna and Marvin.

Service at noon Tuesday, December 27, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 11 a.m. to service time. Burial in Roscoe Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
