Chris Schonberg

Chris W. Schonberg, 77, of Rockford passed away Monday, June 12, 2017, in Anam Care. Born May 16, 1940, in Marquette, MI, the son of Alfred and Salome M. (Remillard) Schonberg.  Married Kristin Hagen on June 17, 1972, in Rockton.  Employed by Chrysler as a millwright for 30 years, retiring in 2000.  Member of Northeast Christian Church.  Chris loved fishing.  Survivors include his wife, Kristin; sons, Mark (Kay) Schonberg and Michael (Annette) Schonberg; nephew, Al (Connie) Schonberg and his sons, Duane and Jacob; niece, Joy Schonberg, and her son, Max.  Predeceased by his parents; brother, Duane; and sister-in-law, Jenny.
