Charles "Chuck" Mcclenthen

Charles “Chuck” F. McClenthen, 85, of Peshtigo, Wisconsin, passed away Monday, August 24, 2020, at the home of his son with family by his side. Born August 15, 1935, in Belvidere, the son of Charles and Gertrude (Hyser) McClenthen. Married JoAnn Prestine on October 3, 1964, in Belvidere. Owned and operated Ablaze Welding & Fabricating Inc. for 18 years, retiring in 1999. Member of Zion Lutheran Church in Peshtigo. Chuck loved fishing, hunting, golfing and spending time with his family. Avid Green Bay Packer fan. Survivors include his wife, JoAnn; children, Patti Mackeben of Peshtigo, Peggy McClenthen of Penn Valley, California, Lori (Mark) Stratton of Jacksonville, Florida and Chuck McClenthen of Machesney Park, Illinois; grandchildren, Kim Snow, Julia McClenthen, Steven McClenthen and Quinn McClenthen; great-grandson, Kyle; 9 brothers; 6 sisters; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents; father and mother-in-law, Merton (Verona) Prestine; 1 brother; 1 sister; and loving dog, Harley.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cremation rites accorded. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park.
