Chad Bogenrief

Chad A. Bogenrief, 42, of Rockford passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019, in his home. Born January 28, 1977, in Rockford, the son of Gerald Bogenrief, Jr., and Cindy (Lieb) Pope. Attended Auburn High School. Chad loved truck driving, motorcycles and especially spending time with family and friends. Survivors include his children, Maranda (Maurice Jackson) Bogenrief, Devin Bogenrief, Austin Bogenrief and Brandi Bogenrief; grandson, Marcus Jackson; his parents, Jerry Bogenrief, Jr., and Cindy Pope; paternal grandfather, Gerald Bogenrief, Sr.; siblings Christina (Byron) Taylor, Candita (Chris) Dessi, Larry (Nicole) Pope, Jr., and Jerry Pope; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Henry and Rosemary Lieb.

Service at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 10, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 11 a.m. to service time. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
