Carolyn Cook, 88, of Loves Park passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018, in River Bluff Nursing Home. Born January 21, 1930, in Little Rock, AR, the daughter of Conley and Bessie (Simms) Gray.  Married Jack R. Cook on September 11, 1948, in Rockford.  Member of St. Bridget Catholic Church.  Survivors include her sons, Jack (Laura) Cook, Gary (Eugenie) Cook, Jeff (Kathryn) Cook and Craig (Terri) Cook; grandchildren, Zack (Amanda) Cook, Ashley Cook, Deanna (Keith) Survillas, Cara Lynn Cook, Jeffrey (Emily) Cook, Katherine (Joel Jackson) Cook, David Dwyer, Steven (Jennie) Dwyer, Matthew Dwyer, Natalie (Ryan) Moberg, Maureen (Zac) Maxa, John Cook, Emily (Angela Ozanic) Cook, Jennifer (Zack) Peterson, Ben Cook, Stephanie (Justin) Svaboda, Erika Cook, Jim (Jennie) Hamilton, Andrew (Kristen) Hamilton and Kate (Kirk) Pettinga; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her parents; husband; son, Randy Cook; and granddaughter, Lindsay.

Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 17, in St. Bridget Catholic Church, 600 Clifford Ave., Loves Park, with visitation from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.  Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., of Loves Park.
