Carol A. Kuehne, 89, of Rockford, IL, was reunited with her husband and sons on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, in her home. Born October 30, 1934, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Lawrence and Mildred (Berquist) Hartman. Graduated from East High School, Class of 1952. She married Alvin A. Kuehne on December 17, 1955, in Rockford. Member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Blackhawk Athletic Club, and Rockford Peaches Farm Team. Avid ice skater, tennis player, and Chicago Bears fan. Survivors include her daughters, Holly (John) Williams and Lisa (Dave) Goff; son, Michael (Suzanne Heiden) Kuehne; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents; husband; sons, Steve, Scott, and Jeff Kuehne; granddaughter, Julie; and daughter-in-law, Susie.

Service at 11 a.m. Friday, April 12, 2024, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 827 16th Street, Rockford. Burial in Scandinavian Cemetery. Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday April 11, 2024, at Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park, IL.
