Brittany Johnson

Brittany Hope Johnson, 32, of Grayslake passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019, in her home. Born January 29, 1987, in Rockford, the daughter of Brian G. and Tracey (Draper) Johnson. Brittany loved spending time with her family, especially her sons, Tyce and Gavin. She loved her family with all her heart. Survivors include her sons, Tyce Koerner and Gavin Koerner; parents, Brian Johnson and Tracey Shumate; brother, Joshua Johnson of Loves Park; sister, Courtney Johnson of Machesney Park; nephew, Liam Hargraves; niece, Payton Hargraves; grandfather, Phillip Daniel (Gail) Shumate of Tennessee; uncles, Keith (Rhonda) Johnson of Florida and Kevin (Mary Jo) Johnson of Indiana; aunt, Chandra Isom of Roscoe; cousins, Joy, Hope, Faith, Kyle, Mitchell, Lacey and Melanie. Predeceased by paternal grandparents, Bob and Dot Johnson; and maternal grandmother, Joyce Draper.

Celebration of Life will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 15, in First Baptist Church of Machesney Park, 718 Harlem Road, Machesney Park. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., of Loves Park.
