Bridget Purifoy, 56, of Rockford passed away Saturday, May 5, 2018, in Rockford Memorial Hospital. Born August 3, 1961, in Rockford, the daughter of Enry and Trudell (Hicks) Purifoy. Survivors include daughter, Chaneka (Maria) Purifoy; son, Treon (Crystal) Purifoy; grandchildren, Serenity, Treon Jr., Mariah, Olivia, Bri’Neka, Christina, Anthony, Heleana, Brandon, Xavier, Michaela, Malachi, Tashiana, Kaiden, Carter and Finley; sisters, Judith (Reverend Edward) Seals, Candace Billberry, Ada (Don) Malone, Pam Sharp and Brenda Purifoy; brothers, Randy Purifoy, Wayne Purifoy and Robert (Tabitha) Purifoy; Crystal’s mother, Gretchen Sievert; stepsons-in-law, Filomeno (Katie) Deleon III, Cameron Geckler and Sean Seivert; several special uncles and aunts, especially uncle, Rollie Purifoy; and a host of nieces and nephews and other family. Predeceased by her parents; grandson, Christian; brothers, Claude Ferguson and Roger Purifoy; nephews, Tavarous Woodfork-Purifoy, Tyrone Perkins-Purifoy and Zavar Malone-Purifoy; niece, Yolanda Billberry.

Service at noon Saturday, May 12, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 11 a.m. to service time. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
