Betty Leach

Betty L. Leach, 83, of Rockford passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017, in her home. Born March 5, 1933, in Corning, Ark., the daughter of Henry and Dollie (Pringle) Alexander.  Married Arvil Leach on November 6, 1953, in Datto, Ark.  Betty and Avril ran Arvil Leach Painting for many years.  Survivors include her daughters, Merry Ann Young and Boby Sparacino; grandchildren, Christopher Shelton, Brittany (Michael) Shoemaker, Anthony “T.J.” (Brittany) Sparacino and Dustin Young; great-grandchildren, Bentley Young, Nolan Young, Michael Shoemaker, Branden Shoemaker, Hannah Shoemaker, Harper Shoemaker, Lacie Sparacino and one on the way; brother, Gerald Alexander; several nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her husband; parents; two brothers and one sister.

Private family services will be held. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., Loves Park.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family.
