Barbara Kush

Barbara C. Kush, 90, of Rockford passed away Friday, May 26, 2017. Born August 5, 1926, in Atlantic, IA, daughter of Guy and Gretchen (Walter) Canon.  Graduated from West High School, Class of 1944.  Married Howard F. Kush on April 15, 1950, in Rockford; he passed away in 2005.  Employed by Sundstrand for more than 33 years.  Member of Holy Family Catholic Church.  She enjoyed boating, fishing and traveling.  In her later years, she enjoyed knitting and playing cards.  Survivors include several nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her parents; and sister, Catharine Adams.

Services were private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Presence Saint Anne Center or OSF Hospice.  Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., Loves Park.
