Adrian Terrell Fipps, 29, was born January 1, 1993, to Kendra Fipps Crowe and Johnathan Deal at Bolivar Medical Center in Cleveland, MS. He attended Mound Bayou Headstart Center in Mound Bayou and Walter Lawson Children’s Home in Rockford, IL, where he received his High School Diploma. He attended First Baptist Church of Mound Bayou. World Overcomer’s Church of Memphis, TN, and Church of the Living God of Fairview Heights, IL. Adrian had a gift of bringing his love ones together.

Adrian departed this life on September 1, 2022, at Javon Bea Hospital in Rockford, IL. He was proceeded in death by his great-grandmother, Florida Mae Fipps of Mound Bayou, MS; 4 great-aunts, Mattie Ruth Croft, Sarah Shanks, Lillie B. Moore, and Charlene Robinson; 3 great-uncles, Jessie Lee Fipps, Edward James Fipps, and Willie Bee Fipps.

He leaves to Cherish his loving memories, mother and stepfather, Kendra and Andrew Crowe of Shiloh, IL; father, Johnathan Deal of Galveston, TX; sister, Andrea (Markki) Edmonson of Chandler, AZ; nephew, Elihu Edmonson of Chandler, AZ; 3 grandmothers, Cora Fipps of Mound Bayou, MS, Sirvorah Deal of Mound Bayou, MS, and Bobbie Jean (John) Williams of East St. Louis. MO; 3 aunts, Gwendolyn (Rodney) Taylor of Alton, IL, Sarah (Longino) Davis of Mound Bayou, MS, and Melissa (Charlie) Dillard of Southaven MS; uncle, Kevin Fipps of Mound Bayou, MS; a very special cousin, Maria (Dennis) Williams, Memphis, TN; 4 great-aunts, 2 great-uncles, a host of cousins, relatives and friends.

Funeral service at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, September 10, 2022, at First Baptist Church, 301 NW Main Ave, Mound Bayou, MS 38762. Visitation Friday, September 9, 2022, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Phillips Chapel Church, 1304 S. Davis Ave., Cleveland, MS 38732. Burial in Mount Moriah Cemetery, Winstonville, MS.
